- Get adequate sleep before health check.
- Fast for 10-12 hours (only water allowed).
- Avoid heavy/fatty or non-vegetarian meals before check.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, or nicotine 24 hours prior.
- Carry current medications and medical/surgical history records.
- Bring valid photo ID for identification.
For Women
- Schedule appointment one week after last day of menstruation for Pap Smear and Mammography.
- If menstruating on appointment day, inform nursing staff.
- Avoid X-rays and mammography if pregnant or suspected pregnancy.
Other Instructions
- Inform reception if diabetic, cardiac, or BP patient.
- Share details of recent illness, surgery, or treatment with doctor.
- Carry list of current medications for consulting doctors.
- Inform doctor if on blood thinner medication.
- Pregnant women must avoid X-rays and mammography.
- Elderly patients advised to be accompanied by family member.
- Arrive 15-20 minutes early for registration.
